The quote tool
Your gender, birth date, overall health ranking and tobacco status, desired benefit and term are shared with a quote engine on the carriers' platform to pull rates and are never kept by this domain. No personal name, address, phone or email is necessary to see quotes. Identical repeat requests may retrieve a cached answer so the quote engine isn't called repeatedly.
Applying
When you decide to apply, your answers get prefilled into a secure application operated by the carriers' platform, and the carriers' own privacy rules take over. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance company (License 0B75129), oversees the application process.
The contact form
The contact form collects your name, email address, a phone number if you provide it, your preferred contact method, your question category and your message. It travels by email to the agency office with your email as the reply-to address. This domain keeps no duplicate of the message, maintains no message database and stores no log of what was written. A quick anti-spam script runs in your browser before the message transmits.
Measurement
This site uses first-party, cookie-free counting of visits handled from this domain. No cookies or identifiers are written locally; your IP gets truncated to hide two bytes before storage; search strings in referrer links are erased; the unprocessed data gets removed after 90 days. If your browser transmits Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control headers, you're not included in measurements.
What we do not do
We don't rent, sell or trade personal details; we don't deploy ad-targeting scripts or external analytics software. The single external script on this site is the carriers' application on the application page, and it loads exclusively if you navigate there.
