Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to give my name or contact details to see quotes?

No. To get carrier rates, the tool only needs your sex, age, health status, tobacco use, how much coverage you want, and how many years you need it. Name, address, and detailed medical records come only if you decide to apply.

Are the monthly prices shown the price I will pay?

These are the quotes each carrier provides based on your health category. The actual rate you pay will be set by the carrier after they review your full application, and may be better, the same, or different from the estimate. Nothing displayed here is an insurance contract or a rate guarantee.

What happens when I click Apply?

You enter your name and the application is created right from the quote you selected, then moves into the secure platform the carriers use for applications. You can stop and resume it later, and everything is signed electronically. All applications go through Susman Insurance Agency, License 0B75129.

Will I need a medical exam?

It depends on the carrier, coverage amount, and your application responses. Many current term products can be issued instantly without medical exams for eligible people; each quote shows whether an exam is required, might be required, or is not needed.

Is a longer term better?

A term of coverage should span the years when others would face real hardship if you weren't here—a home loan, children at home, a business with debt. Longer durations cost more each month but lock in your rate for longer. Our tool lets you compare all options from 10 to 30 years side by side.

Does this site sell my information?

No. The quotes function doesn't ask for your name or contact details. Our site doesn't sell visitor information, doesn't employ tracking cookies, and honors browser Do Not Track signals. See our privacy policy for what we do collect and who sees it.
